What does a coaching sessions cost?
It's up to the individual coach on Coacheye to determine his or her price. If the coach offers any discounts or packages, this will be described in the profile. You always get the full price for the session (excluding any discounts) when you book.

The coach’s calendar
You can see the coach's availability when you book. The calendar automatically adjusts for different time zones between you and the coach. You can 'Book outside availability' or cancel the process should the coach’s opening hours not suit you.

Book outside availability
Each coach have chosen preferred opening hours. In some cases the coach will allow you to book outside these hours. We recommend that you agree this with your coach prior to your booking. You will typically receive alternate dates and times from the coach if he/she cannot fulfil your booking request.

Choose a session type
When booking a coach, you need to pick one of the session types the coach offers like online coaching via Skype, telephone coaching, and/or face-to-face coaching. Simply pick the session type that suits your needs and personal preferences.

What is online coaching?
Online coaching is a term for coaching through the Internet. Coacheye recommends a free Skype-account for online coaching. With Skype you can see, hear and talk to your coach over the Internet. This means that no matter where you are, you can start and follow-up on your coaching. And you can concentrate on picking the best coach for the job - not the nearest. To see and hear you coach via Skype, all you need is a webcam, earphones and a microphone.

Prepare for a coaching session Depending on what type of session you picked when booking, you need to be logged on to Skype (using the account listed in your 'Personal information'), have access to a telephone, or be on the agreed-upon address for your face-to-face coaching session. Remember not to rush. Instead, be in good time.

Cancel or modify a session
You can edit the length of your session on the pages 'Sessions' and 'Calender' under My Coacheye . If you want to change the date or the time of the session you have to cancel the session and book again. As client you are free to cancel up until a calendar day (24 hours) before a session starts. If you change or cancel the session less than 24 hours before start, your coach can rightfully demand a full or partial payment for the session.
