Coach on Coacheye

Signing up as a coach on Coacheye is a simple 2-step process:

  • Create your profile containing a short presentation, a detailed list of your experiences, and your unique skills and talent. You can also list any coach education or certification you might have. Note that a targeted public profile helps making your services relevant for the right clients. It takes no more than 20 minutes to create your coaching profile.
  • After your registration, a panel of independent coaches will to go through your profile and approve of your registration. This process usually takes a couple of days.

Once accepted you are notified by e-mail. All you then need to do is select your session types and set your opening hours to receive your first booking.

The coaching categories
The main- and sub-categories on Coacheye are picked to cover as many themes as possible within life coaching, business coaching and executive coaching. If you can't find a relevant category covering your talents and services, all you need to do is contact Coacheye with your suggestions.

Sign up as a company
It's possible for a number of coaches to sign up as part of the same company registered on Coacheye. All you need to do is create the profile of the company when you sign up, and then inform your colleagues to join the company when they register as coaches. You can always make changes later from the page containing your company settings.

Set your opening hours
You set your own opening hours in Coacheye. At Opening hours you can set regular days or hours where clients can book your services. You can also fill out empty slots from day to day.

Your earnings
Your earnings from Coacheye are transferred from the client's account on Coacheye no more than 10 days after your session is complete. If the client refuses to accept your invoice, the payment is temporarily halted until you have reached to an agreement. Coacheye transfers payments from your Coacheye account to your bank account on the second Tuesday of each month. Invite your clients to join Coacheye
You have two options when inviting your clients:

  • Ask your client to use your personal reference code when registering.
  • Link directly to your booking calendar with a booking link from your personal or company website. The link contains your personal reference code.

The charge for being a coach on Coacheye
It's free to register as a coach on Coacheye. When clients start booking you, our charge is commission-based:

  • 12% of if the client has found you via Coacheye
  • 6% if you invited the client to join Coacheye using your reference code

In other words, Coacheye doesn't make any money before you do.
